The Lady Tigers hosted Madison Tuesday night in their first home game of the season. The game was a defensive battle with neither team scoring through the end of 3 innings. Both teams posted a pair of runs in the 4th and the game remained tied until Madison scored a pair of runs in the top of the 7th for a 4-2 win. Alexa Higgins, Hannah Grissom, and Atalie Hagan each had a hit for Brashear. Averi Acton got the start allowing only 1 hit and striking out 9.
